Trying to set up an accounting system for my small graphic design business using Appleworks 6 on OSX. I've made my invoice layout, defined my fields, even sorted out columns for vat. I've allowed for 6 'jobs' per invoice (I have clients that I do a lot of jobs for). If I only enter one or two jobs on an invoice, I still get annoying zeros in the fields for vat and job total for all the empty unused job spaces. This is making my invoice look like crap. Anyone know how to deal with this?:confused:
