arial blackblacksize 4

I use Windows ME /Intel 4 Processor.
For the first time I cannot open any links in e-mails for which I am subscribed. I receive the mail,but the link for information does not open. I have always used a Norton's firewall and Anti-Virus,and have never experianced this problem. Can anybody help please ? :rolleyes:
