any one to help me in creating a group, policy for disabling USB Drives

Yes you can, disable the USB ports in Device Manager :)

Cohen thanks for your reply but i was referring to completly block USB in the Server itself.

Do you mean set a policy for just the server itself, or for all clients?

if a) then just lock keep it in a locked room. best way.

All clients except administrators...

you cant just disable usb, nor can you just disable removable storage devices, but you can hide drive letters. Maybe hiding all drives apart from network shares and c would work?
