from time to time I have the same problems... What firewall will you call secure and where can i download it?

As far as firewalls are concerned, 'Zonealarm' is the best in the market...there are many others, if you are an experienced user then use 'Winpooch Watchdog' its not exactly a firewall but a watchdog which will make you aware of everything going on in your pc and ask you for your actions...even AVG(internet security) and some other like 'pctools internet security', and other 'Internet Security' suites(kaspersky, norton, Mcafee) have nice firewalls..i'd prefer Zonealarm though..
