attached is a couple of minidumps(dunno how to read it)

steps I did:
- ran anti virus and spyware scans, came out clean.
- updated XP w/ the latest updates
- updated iTunes
- system restore to 1 and 2 weeks ago, same thing
- iPod Touch ver 2.2.1

any other suggestions/tips will be appreciated..
