When I restart my computer it begins to reboot, I see the windows logo and then the screen goes blank. The disc drives won't open and it won't respond, but the computer is on. I tried to start it in safe mode or go back to the last working time, but nothing has worked so far.

Can you have the task manager by pressing ctrl alt del .. ? If yes , try end tasking explorer.exe and then starting a new task explorer.exe.

ctrl alt delete doesn't do anything, and every time i go to bios mode the screen shuts off

Is it a blank screen such as the blackness of your monitor, or a blank screen such as the light blue default microsoft background?
