Hopefully this is the right forum for this. I remember reading about two tools for assisting with remote tech support and I can't for the life of me remember the URLs. Can somebody jar my memory?

The first was a website you could direct your user to to record a few minutes of screen capture to document what their problem was. It would then email the capture or a link to it to you, the support person.

The second was a website that you would direct someone to and they would enter your email address. The website would then gather a bunch of specifications about their browser and machine specs and email them to you. I thought it was something like supportsite.com, but I can't find it.
