Using Office 2007 on Windows XP pro printing to an HP Laserjet 2200d.

Margins in Word 2007 are set to 1" all around. Tab stops are set to default. Page layout on printer driver and Word are set to letter: 8 1/2 x 11.

I create a page with information, a type identifyer, and a number all seperated by tabs. Such as.

Smith B 2076
Jones B 2077

There are 109 pages with this kind of information. All this information lines up perfectly in Word, however when I print the page some pages are not lining up in spots such as:

Smith B 2076
Jones B 2076

So that the "B" is not lined up.

I cannot find any extra spaces in the non-aligned "B" parts of the page.

Any idea how to force all the tabbed sections to stay aligned when I print them out?
