Hi everyone,

My computer won't boot. It says bootmgr compressed. Press Alt+Ctrl+Del to restart but it won't restart. My O.S. is Windows 7 Ultimate. I just bought it second hand and frankly I doubt if it is genuine. Could that be the problem? Is there a way to fix it?
I appreciate all the help I can get.
