I have succesfully installed all the emails into Outlook 2010 on a new pc running Windows7 professional from a pc running win xp and Outlook express. The only way I could find to do this was by downloading windows live mail first, importing into this and then exporting from Live mail into Outlook. However every time I click on an imported email a message pops up saying:-

"The custom form cannot be opened. Outlook will use an outlook form instead. The object could not be found."

If you click ok you can read the message as normal. What does this mean and is there any way I can stop the window popping up? It's most annoying.

I have tried the following:-

1.Clearing the forms cache in Outlook 2010
2. Uninstalling Windows live mail
3. Ensuring Outlook 2010 is my default email programme.
4.Delete all the frmcache.dat file and folders that are in the Forms folder.

But I still get this annoying message. It does not happen to messages that have not been imported.
