i am in need of help urgent!!!

i have a vista based system,
i had recently downloaded a corel draw software with a keygen.
and made the mistake of opening the keygen with internet explorer, now all my .exe files are opening with internet explorer accomnpnied with a download window,

regedit is not opening and i cannot open any file on the computer,
administrator commands are unusable or i can say blocked,

please help needed urgently...

what should i do, i cannot even install a registry cleaner and my antivrus Mcafee has no registry checks...
