In Internet Explorer I go to Tools> Internet Options> Content> Certificates to see a list of certificates that IE says "I trust". In going through the Trusted Root Certification Authorities list I'm not very comfortable with about half of them, mainly because they seem to be issued by foreign companies that I've never heard of. For example one was issued to "Certificado de la Clave Principal". Issued by is the same. Friendly name is "Spanish Property & Commerce Registry CA". View>Issuer Statement>More Info leads to a bad link, though the associated site does exist.
Should I be concerned about these strange certificates? What are the consequences of removing them?
