hi all,
im new to this site, with a hope that some one will help me, we have a public folder in the outlook where every day by specific time some specific users have to send the file in this folder.

is there any way that we can set a alert message or reminders if any file not received in the specific public folder from the specific users by specific time on daily basis.

Assuming Outlook 2003, try the tools menu, then rules and alerts. But you can only set up an alert for mail once it arrives, but not to my knowledge, upon it's non-arrival.
