My Toshiba laptop has developed a habit of giving me the blue screen with the 'ati2dvag driver is in an infinite loop' error message when I start it up first time. I turn it off, restart it and its fine. I thought it would be as easy as just downloading a new driver, but I can't find the exact one. Any ideas?

Its an ATI MOBILITY RADEON 7000 IGP according to the device manager.

You will be best getting the driver from Toshiba!

try safe mode then select last known configuration, try it, if not you better find a driver from ATI website...

I tried reinstalling from the drivers disc that came with the laptop originally and even that didnt work. When I switch off and retry it always allows me to start from last known good configuration. Tried system restore to a date before the problem started occuring. Even that didnt work, but I am gettin that stupid windows installer pop up every time I try to open IE now! Running out of ideas now.
