Need advice on software to make anaglyph 3D video (After Effects, other?)

Hi,

Please need advice: My sister is getting married and I want to shoot her wedding and make kind of a 3D blockbuster out of the footage. I don't own a 3D camera, so obviously need some software that will make anaglyph red-blue video out of my regular footage. So I heard it's possible to make with Adobe After Effects. But the thing is I've never used it before, so it'll be difficult for me to understand what is what without any help (Anyone use it?). Also on other forum I was recommended to try SNIP SNIPPETY SNIP 3D Video Converter, which is said to convert any format video to anaglyph 3D. But I don't know.. Does anyone use it? Maybe there are other programs you know that can do the conversion?
Any suggestions are welcome,
