Each I boot up ME Ad-Watch informs me that "Registry modification detected" as below:-
Root.HKEY-LOCAL_MACHINE
and then three Keys
Software\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
Value:WU2_REGsvr
Data:C:\windows\system\regsvr32.exe /s C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\WUAUP98.DLL
New data
the same with
value UpdateHook
DataC:\ etc AUHKNEW.DLL,RenameDll
then again
Value:WU4_RegSvr
DataC:\ etc \AUHOOK.DLL

I then get the error message "AUHKNEW NOT FOUND"
I have searched the registery,the web, O/S ME in fact any place I could think of, but can find no solution to stop it.
All my programs seem to run OK but do not like not being in control.
Any help would be appreciated

Hi,
Do you have/had AutoCad?
Disable Ad-Watch through the Ad-Aware interface. Then, restart the system once. After this, enable the Ad-Watch again and restart the system. Now, check whether the same warning appears or not.
