Hello all, i am a 14 year old computer tech. I know what your thinking, yeah right some little kiddie unplugged his hard drive and plugged it back in and considers himself a tech. HA. your all wrong. i have revived a gateway that my neighbors were throwing out because of difficulties. anyway, when i start up my gateway running win 98 first edition and has a pentium 3 processor i get an error message somthing like, missing file C:\megaphon\portshar.vxd and it reboots, i can run in safe modeb but who wants that, windows wont let you do anything helpful. so any information on how to fix this would be helpful. Ps. anyone know of any companies looking for a tech?
