when I restart my computer, it comes to the screen showing me the option to start in safe mode, start windows normall, etc. When I choose to start windows normally, the computer then restarts itself again and goes right back to the same screen, giving me only those options. How can I fix this problem and get windows to work? Any help would be great.

Use the Microsoft Windows Recovery Console from Window's CD!
Do boot, after loading the drivers then press R and, alread Console, use the comands:
CHKDSK /P /R
It's wil repair your windows.
