I have a user who is going to the Scheduling Assistant setting up a meeting to check other users' Free/Busy information. She can see some people (such as me), but she can't see other's. They show up as the filled in boxes that corresponds to 'No Information' per the legend in the bottom of the screen. I have tried the /cleanfreebusy and /reset folders with no luck.

Any other suggestions?
