One task i want to perform is :
Suppose i want to introduce my team. So i want in this way : 1st memeber picture loads, then the picture gets in half of video screen and then one after another his details comes from top of windows.

I mean creating pro effects in video etc etc.

Short answer: the effect you described (photo appears, moves to half the frame, then text slides in from the top) requires an editor that supports multiple layers/tracks and either preset motion animations or transform keyframes. As asked for a “pro” look and as noted, Windows 7 only gives you very basic built-in tools — for precise, repeatable motion you’ll want a third‑party editor.

Quick (beginner) approach with a basic editor:

  • Import the photo and place it on the timeline.
  • Use a preset pan/zoom or a “shrink” animation to simulate the photo moving to one side.
  • Add a title/text clip above the photo and use the editor’s built-in “fly/slide in” animation for the details.
This works for a fast result but is limited: presets rarely allow timing, easing, or exact placement control.

Pro approach (recommended workflow using an editor with keyframes):

  1. Create a composition/project and import the photo on its own layer above the background.
  2. Add transform keyframes for Position and Scale: keyframe 0 = centered/full; keyframe 0.8–1s = position moved to left (or right) and scaled to half the frame. Apply easing to both keyframes.
  3. Create a text layer; keyframe its Y position from off‑screen (above) to the final placement, add a slight overshoot and settle for polish.
  4. Add a subtle drop shadow/outline and optional motion blur to sell the move.
  5. Render as H.264/MP4 at the project resolution.

Practical tips: use high‑resolution photos to avoid blur when scaling; keep timings consistent (0.6–1.2s for the move, slightly faster for text); use the same font/weight for all team cards; and keep motions simple. Editors that give this control include professional packages (e.g., Premiere/After Effects, Vegas) and capable free/low‑cost alternatives (Resolve, HitFilm, Shotcut).
