how to share a pop3mail account for 2 different user so that the 2 different users can check the mail in outlook

The easiest way to share a POP3 account is for both users to access the account with the same username and password from two different computers.

Also, some POP3 providers allow you to configure the mailbox to forward a copy of the message to another email account. In this scenario, the original mailbox will have the original message and the target mailbox will have another copy. Each user can monitor each mailbox. The only issue is that this can lead to either user responding to the same email message from two different mailboxes.
