hey early i told that my laptop is woking very slow aftr that when i am starting my laptop its getting started.after it shows Starting Windows its not proceeding ahead a blue thing is shown written something for a second and once again it tries to start the same way.i am trying to format the laptop but i am unable to do so as no boot option is shown.now please help me what shall i do,so that my laptop starts.urgent reply.
