I cant refresh in my desktop, I cant see any shortcut icon, No option comes if right clicked, I dont see any Start Option, even no task bar, Its totally nothing I cant see anything in my desktop, except my wallpaper, I dont know whats going on.. Please Help..

Try booting into safe mode. If you are able to access the desktop, it would be a good time to run some anti-malware scan. Download and run MalwareBytes.

Yes, do that, and start a new task by typing this: "explorer.exe"

That should bring your desktop and everything back. Does this keep happening or is it just a one-off thing?

When you Ctrl+Alt+Del and Task Manager appears, click on 'File' and then 'Run'. Type in that field: "explorer.exe"

Your desktop should appear as normal.
