Need to copy a single day of internet explorer browsing in a form that can be emailed. Some of the recipients may not have IE. Guidance sought

Do Ctrl H and right-click on the day you want and select Copy. Open Microsoft Word or Notepad, then Right click and select Paste. Save the document and attach it to your e-mail.
