FOR THE PAST WEEK I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SEND OR RECEIVE ANY DATA OVER THE MODEM WITH MY HOME DESKTOP COMPUTER.
TODAY I INSTALLED AOL 7.0 AND WAS ABLE TO CONNECT AND SEND AND RECEIVE EMAIL WITH AOL, BUT NOT ABLE TO ACCESS ANY WEBSITES.
AFTER SPENDING AN HOUR ON THE PHONE WITH TECH SUPPORT THE REPRESENTATIVE CONCLUDED IT IS A PROBLEM WITH INTERNET EXPLORER.
