The attached screenshot gives me very little to work with.
Where are the images being copied from?
Are you able to paste them into other folders?
What happens when you try to paste them into the Pictures folder?
Do you get an error message?
Does anything happen at all?
How are you trying to paste them? Ctrl-V, or right click context menu?
Are you doing this in your account, or is it somebody else's?
Do you have enough free space?
Have you changed any permissions lately?
