My computer is window xp. I downloaderd 3d maps from live seach december2006 edition.it didn't work well. so I uninstalled it, now when I use one-button checkup in norton systemworks. Program integrity scan it is telling me missing 10 files. I have tried system restore but it will not work any suggestion how to get integrity scan to work Properly?

I think the easy option for you would be to uninstall Norton and do a fresh installation.
