I h've created custom font in Adobe Illustrator for my client. My client want to use it on windows as well as his website.
I used some website to convert font from .ai & .svg font to .ttf they are creating .ttf file but it is not accessible by windows. When tried to install, it displayed message corrupt file.

If I remember correctly, you have to use Adobe's proprietary Typekit in order to use their fonts on the web. You have to continuously pay for a Typekit license for as long as the font is in use on the web, according to their licensing.

Use Fontlab V. This is a professional font creation program, 90% of the world's fonts are created with it. Glyphs can be easily exported from Illustrator. We'll have to suffer a little with kerning, but it's worth it. You can even create Unicode fonts if you like https://exoticfonts.com/cursive-translator/
