its been like this for months now, everytime I try and open IE i get
Internet explorer has encountered a problem an needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience -then there is an option if i would like to (send error report) or (don't send)
then another box comes up saying the same thing , the third smaller box says
an error has occured in IE, IE will now close.
