Outlook error

HI everyone,

I'm running outlook 2003 (exchange enviornment) and when one of my users tries to send en emial, she gets the following error,

"interface not supported"

Any ideas?

Any advice/help would be great :))

gotta see the settings... maybe the user is trying to work with exchange in POP3/SMTP mode instead of Exchange mode
