I am trying to install diskeeper 9. I receive a message from the program which says that "system services could not start, check to see you have privileges to start system services"
I am logged on my computer as an administrator. Does anyone know how to check to see if my system servies are on or not on??

Open your Administrative Tools control panel and fire up the Services utility. That will let you view and modify your installed services.
Also take a look at the logs in the Event Viewer; they might give you more information on the error you're getting.
