When I am trying to install a program it tells me IE is running. I do not use this as I use Firefox. Can any one tell me what is going on?

Jump to PostTry going msconfig by clicking start, run and type msconfig and the you will see the startup items tab click on it and uncheck any items that look suspicious.

I am running NOD 32 with Spyware Doctor backup at least three times per week and they come up with nothing, would not doubt a bug is in IE
