My XP is missing the dvd decoder for WMP. Is there a free one out there?

Jump to PostSee the above post. Download K-Lite Codec Pack and you should be OK. WMP should use the available DVD decoder provided by the Codec pack when you try to play the DVD.

Media Player Classic has its own DVD decoder:

The K-Lite codec pack has a bunch of DVD decoders to choose from:

does anyone know where i can download a free dvd decoder for windows media player 10. i had problems with my dvd drive and had to sort that and when i sorted that i found out that my dvd decoder was missing can anyone help me???
