Everytime I try to work on Internet Explorer for about 5 minutes, I receive the following message:

"Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and NEEDS to Close. We are sorry the inconvenience."

Internet Explorer:

APP. NAME: iexplore.exe
MOD VER: 5.1.2600.1217
APP. VER: 6.0.2800.1106
OFFSET: 00000342
MODNAME: ntdll.dll

I have re-installed my internet explorer and still getting this same message.

try in this order
1. reinstall
2. update
3. internet options back to windows default
4.adaware/spyware scan
and if all else fails
5.get mozilla, or opera
6. (only if needed system restore)
