A real poser here I think. Can anyone help please???

My server has a 40Gb hard drive partitioned into 2 (C & D). The second partition (D) has 2 mapped drives which are visible on the network of 20 Pc's to all users.

As both partitions are now full I have added a new 80 Gb drive ready formatted which is identified in Windows as (F) as there is a DVD drive installed (E).

Sharing out this drive onto the network has given me access on all workstations as administrator but not as a restricted user.

Even though I have added all users available and given them total control in permissions I cannot access that shared drive as a user.

I'm sure I am missing something simple or vital?? Can anyone help please??

Make sure you check file permission on share as well as share permissions as Server 2003 sets the share permissions to read-only for everyone.
