Hi all,

we've just had 2 different broadband connections installed into our business:
- 2mb leased line (MIA) (block of 8 static IPs)
- 10mbit cable modem (block of 8 static IPs)

Now i want to share the services, so that the 2mb MIA takes care of our exchange mail (business critical service)
and the 10mbit cable modem (which is a residential and therefore contended service with no real SLA to speak of) looks after http/(s) and ftp.

Our setup is windows server 2003 with window xp pro clients. Most (not all) of our clients use RPC into our terminal server.

Our current firewall is a Watchguard Firebox Edge X50 which has dual wan but only as failover, so it seems that its not up to splitting services.
An option was to put another firewall at the end of the cable modem, but that would then apparently cause issues with ts users.
So, a proxy has been advised, Cyblock to be specific.

I know very little about proxy configurations, so;
- would this be hardware or can a software proxy deal with our issues?

Many thanks for any help offered.

:)
Jacko
