I have a desktop computer and a laptop. Comcast is my ISP and I have a Belkin router. Recently, whenever you turn the desktop computer on, the internet doesn't work on the laptop. It says the connection is found but I can't use the internet until the desktop is turned off. Anyone know the cause? and the solution?
