I have a router that used to work but now when i connect it to my modem it doesnt allow internet for my desktop... plz help me ty

what kind of router is it... I would try to restore factory defaults, then upgrade the firmware, then try again.

its a belkin F5D7230-4 but i cant even access the page to edit the settings...
