Guys im asking, Can my old laptop extensa 4630 change the processor? Or maybe a recommended processor?

About all you can do is be sure the HDD has been replaced with SSD and if you can do it free or cheap, max out the RAM. This Core2 CPU is woefully out of date for most of users today.
My advice is to leave it be and save the money for a new laptop. This one is so old I expect it to fail unexpectedly without notice.
