Re: Jim, turn off the PC, take the modem out of the slot. Boot into windows. Turn off put the modem in a different slot. Turn on the PC. If nothing happens again, ring Sony and ask for support. regards Zoned | |

Re: Hi princessamme firstly delelte the entry for [winsync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wycqco.exe reg_run by ticking it in Hijackthis and select fix. Then search for the file C:\windows\system32\eqnsnup.dll and delete it if you can. If you cant try boot up in safe mode and delete it. should sort that bit out, regards Zoned | |

Hi, I have spent a few days trying to get rid of some Spyware...etc... I finally found out I had a Rootkit that was hiding the Spyware.
