i think you can go in for link exchanges. they bring traffic to your site. also your ranking is improved once people start coming in. the more the traffic the more money you will get.

i have not seen any site pay me. i any body gets paid he is very luck.

i recently read an article of how companies are using face book to hire people. it think even i will go with face book.

I really think auto submissions don't work. It is always better that you manually submit your links. You can also add a few replies on do follow comments if you want one way links.
