I could suggest a few things, but its more to do with what people want. A meal? Drinking session? Go to a comedy club? Etc.

For drinking there is no better place than Liverpool, which again is easy to get to. Reason being that it is so cheap (£1 a drink), endless clubs/bars and stunning women :) Plus there are comedy clubs, special 'gentlemens clubs' and cheap places to stay.

Oxford is good for a few (expensive) drinks and take in the scenary for a day. Reading is a great place to eat, though bars seem rather far apart except in student areas, though we could be nerdy and visit Microsoft!

As the summer is coming up thick and fast, which will mean people off on holidays abroad, why not try for a weekend in May? Everywhere should be relatively clear and cheaper than during the peak times. Rather short notice but all depends on peoples budgets.

I would suggest Reading or Oxford. Easy to get to from most areas of the UK and fairly cheap in places to eat/drink/sleep.

Now, with your problem it would be useful to actually know what is actually wrong. Is there an error message? Does it do nothing? Does it complain about your dodgy cd-key? I will tell you this though, most releases of this game are knackered and there are countless posts about it not working. Try looking at the comments on the torrent site - I guarantee you will see them.

Just buy the game (will be dirt cheap as it is relatively old in game terms), and use a No CD patch which I think are allowed by some if your DVD/CD drive isn't up to much.

It would be a massive leap for teenagers though. I'm sure most of us can remember waiting for an image to download on a 56K "OMG I can see the top of her head now!!!"

Best thing to do is take courses or buy as many books as you can. All depends what you want to do if I am honest, C# is a broad subject so if you know what type of applications you want to make then you should buy books on it (which are generally not very cheap).

That site does have Win App tutorials. All books etc will go through Console examples first as that is the basics of the language, you need to master the basics before trying more complex things. That site also goes into detail on other things you can do such as drawing, graphics etc.

To start with you need to explain in more detail about what you want. Also I assume you will be paying the person to do this, so that would require a contract and definately more details. Nobody wants to hand over work only for you to vanish.

Wouldnt you need to take into account the fact that not everyone has static IPs? So you would need to use a range and make sure they are not using a proxy or whatever. Plus having to actually store the IP information somewhere so it can be checked.

Never really worked with a binary writer, but where exactly are you trying to put it into the textbox? Are you getting any errors or just not getting the right output?

From the looks of it you actually need to just tell your code to put it into the correct area. Try this:
br_binaryWriter.Write(textBox1.Text);

The following will save what you have in your first text box (textBox1) to a text file in your Bin/Debug directory. The 2nd piece of code will then read that text file and put the output into the 2nd textbox (textBox2):

Save your text to file
