I suspect this could be one of two things. Either a damaged keyboard F1 key.. or a virus infection. People would say that it shouldnt happen after formatting. Perhaps you are installing a pre WinXP SP2 copy of Windows and getting infected as soon as you get online?

There is a good writeup at ComputerRepairTalk.com to help you diagnose your rebooting problem (at least so you can see what the Blue screen of death error is): http://www.computerrepairtalk.com/computer-keeps-restarting-without-warning Hope it helps.

Being that this is a DRIVER_IRQL and not just a IRQL then I would say that the problem with this is a driver issue. Did you change any drivers/install new hardware recently? According to Technibble.com, this error means:
Stop 0×000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL - This Windows stop error indicates that the computer …

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is usually bad ram. This article should help as it shows you how to diagnose bad RAM. It actually specifically mentions that error in the article as being a RAM issue: http://www.technibble.com/how-to-diagnose-bad-ram/

Well I am going to be the one who mentions the obvious. Try putting your keyboard in direct line-of-sight of the receiver and see if it gets any better. Try placing the receiver a little higher than it is currently located or a little lower, also try putting the receiver …

Try pulling the printers plugs (both USB and power) for 20 seconds, this will make sure anything in its memory will be removed (such as a print job that failed). Also, some printers want to be aligned after you change cartridges. You can do this the properties of the printer.
