Before you change your CD-ROM drive try to just clean the lens by any soft dry peace of cloth. It may just some dirt on it prevent it to read normally.

This is not your monitor. I think your windows have some troubles recognizing resolution. try to do that restart at 600*800 resolution.

Check your BIOS options, there is an option for not checking RAM and fast boot. I think it is some hardware your bios try to detect. try to remove all hardware connected to your MB one by one and check booting.

I think this happen just because of the partition which this file on is formatted as FAT32. security tab shows on NTFS partitions only.

That is really confusing, but I think it is all about PC BIOS.
Try to enter BIOS then search for Power options, or ACPI, anyway You can find options look like: sleep S1 or S3, Try to change it to S1 and save. Don't worry this will not harm your PC.
Or you can reset your BIOS by choosing "Load Bios defaults" from main page.

I have used Crystal Report before, All you have to do is to add crystal Report control to your form, then from your dataset drag and drop columns you want to show at your reports. Read and adjust crystal report properties to look like you want.

I suggest you to replace the power cable which connected to this hard-disk, replace it with the power of CDROM or with a free cable (if you have one).
Sometimes the connectors inside the socket of these cables wants to be cleaned and tided well.

Your screen has developed a fault and will need to be replaced soon! I have seen the same problem a couple of times before.

If the monitor is the reason of this fault, then why that does only happen at the high resolution. I think you must try another monitor on the same PC resolution and check again this error.

When you have set up your VGA driver if you had a pop-up windows warning you and asking you whether "Continue Anyway" or "stop installation" , Then Yes (WHQL Logo's drive) is belonging to your VGA card.
But that doesn't mean it is the reason of that error, it could be registry or missing files. Try to install your VGA driver again and off course re-setup the game too.
