hi carl
ive just started a IT course.im currently learning vb.net.My problem is i need assistance in coding and understand various topics.

im supose write data to a file,like names,grades and the numbers related to each name and then add those and display all the data in a listbox.
please assist

You should really post your question under it's own discussion.

Anyway, you should look at the System.IO Namespace This will help you with writing to files and reading from them.
