hi all
i want to launch a website that will display scanned images of all he news paper's ADDS, TENDER NOTICE and ADMISSION NOTICE for various colleges and Universities in Pakistan.

in addition to this the users will be able to signup for an account and will recieve relevent jobs adds in their inbox on the same site and can opt for receiving these adds on their email addresses.

Users will also be notified on their cell phone about a specific Add through SMS.

I have created a database structure according to my understandings, but my ideas are not mature, so i want your help on this.

can anybody help me about how to take start, how to setup ERDs? how to manage Google ADDs etc?
