I have installed a Corsair F60 SSD on my Ubuntu 12.04 desktop. It has earlier been used as a system disk with Windows 8 Pro on another system, but it failed and now I want to use it for other purposes. If I use 'hdparm' I get an input/output-error, so I decided to try the Corsair SSD Toolbox which (unfortunately) is a Windows-program. Hello, so I am building a pc and the processor is the 2nd gen Intel core i5 2300 (2.8ghz), now here are the memory specifications.. Specifications Max Memory Size (dependent on memory type) 32 GB Memory Types DDR3-1066/1333 # of Memory Channels 2 Max Memory Bandwidth 21 GB/s ECC Memory Supported No The memory I want to buy is 2x4Gb corsair vengance ram (1600mhz) my question is weather this will be compatable with my processor.
