I am a HSI/DSL subscriber and my downloading and internet connections are troublesome as of late. My internet service seems to be mysteriously slowing down. Any help from Internet connectivity speed experts will be a boon. look forward to chatting!!:mrgreen:

in relation to your networking question

many isps including my own are throttling or even banning certain protocols such as bittorrent or are restricting services so that, for example your 16 meg connnection may only let you have 8 downloads capped at 2 megs each
