I Am Working In A Company As Software Developer In Java/j2ee, Where I Am Stuck Up In Doing Only Erp Applications I Think Due To Which I Am Not Being Considered By Many Companies, I Am In Delimma, I Want To Upgrade My Techies But I Am Confused From Where To Start Can You Guys Guide Me Regarding This

1) There's No Need To Write All In Title Caps
2) Do some learning on your own - easy enough to do if you put some effort in - this shows that you've got the initiative to try something new. Although you may not have industry experience in the new area, you do have some skills, and that's a start

4) Can you move 'sideways' in your current organisation, perhaps learning new skills on the job? If you ask your employer may reward your drive and ambition. (or you may get the sack...)
