I dissasembled my toshiba to clean and check out the power failure from the cracked connection. I reassembled it after just cleaning it and the monitor will not come on. I reseated the cpu and memory module, tried an external monitor, and tried a new memory module. No dice. I reopened everything and soldered the power crack hoping that would solve both issues, but it didn't (although I can plug it in now and the power actually works) Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated!! :)
